A light, medium-dry, white wine, rich in elderflower aroma and flavour, with a hint of apple, giving it a delightful bouquet of summer hedgerows. This is a good anytime wine, particularly suitable for refreshment on a summer day!

A zesty, medium, rosé wine, full of raspberry aroma and flavour. This wine is for those who prefer a slightly sweeter wine or one to drink with dessert.

Elderberry (2010)                        12.5% alcV

A dry red wine with a rich elderberry aroma and flavour. This medium-bodied wine has many of the health-giving properties of the elderberry. It goes well (cooking as well as eating!) with lamb, beef and Cumberland sausage. We believe this year's elderberry wine is the best we have produced.

Damson (2010)                            13% alcV

A tangy sweet light red wine with a rich damson aroma and flavour. Suitable as a dessert or after-dinner drink. This wine is made from Eden Valley damsons.

Spiced Beetroot Wine (2011)                      12% alcV

A delicious, spiced and sweetened, ready-to-drink beetroot wine
 
Note:
Our mulled wine is best served warmed to around 70°C. 
Although this wine is spiced and sweetened, it may be further sweetened to taste, diluted or mixed with other drinks. Slices of fruit may also be added. This wine is best drunk young as the fabulous beetroot colour will turn golden with age. Store in the dark.

Verjuice (2010)

Made from 100% pure crab apple juice it has the sweetness of grape verjuice and half the acidity of lemon juice. It is a tasty alternative to either and may also be used as a mild form of vinegar. Crab apple juice can be used to enhance flavour in cooking, especially where a subtle apple flavour is required. It is ideal for dressings and sauces and for deglazing.
