Our Rhubarb wine is a medium, blush wine with a good aroma and flavour of rhubarb.

A zesty, medium, rosé wine, full of raspberry aroma and flavour.

Elderberry Wine (2010)                        13% alcV

A dry red wine with a rich elderberry aroma and flavour. This medium-bodied wine has many of the health-giving properties of the elderberry. It goes well (cooking as well as eating!) with lamb, beef and Cumberland sausage.

A tangy sweet light red wine with a rich damson aroma and flavour. Damson wine is suitable as a dessert or after-dinner drink. This wine is made from local damsons.

Crab Apple Verjuice (2010)

Made from 100% pure crab apple juice it has the sweetness of grape verjuice and half  the acidity of lemon juice. It is a tasty alternative to either and may also be used as a mild form of vinegar. Crab apple juice can be used to enhance flavour in cooking, especially where a subtle apple flavour is required. It is ideal for dressings and sauces and for deglazing.  Read more ....
